Your mission

You will work on complex, cross-border M&A transactions from day 1.
You create an M&A funnel, the so-called deal flow.
You maintain and design financial and valuation models.
You support the team in commercial and financial DDs.
You design and conduct market and company analyses.

Your profile

You are studying Business administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, M&A, or Accounting and are interested in the pharmaceutical industry.
You have already gained M&A or corporate finance experience through internships in Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
Very good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills as well as team spirit.
You have Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel know-how as well as a good portion of common sense.
You are proficient in English, other languages are a plus.

We are a globally operating Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) headquartered in Germany. Our sites in Germany, France, Greece and Japan focus on the development and manufacturing of drug products (FDF) in the small molecule segment. Our manufacturing sites cover relevant technologies in sterile liquids, non-sterile liquids, and semi-solids, providing end-to-end services for our large base of (bio)pharma customers. We grew the team from three to more than 700 people and will acquire and integrate even more pharmaceutical production sites in Europe and North America to become a market leader in the CDMO segment.

CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), produce approx. 25% of drugs that are available in pharmacies and clinics, thus playing a vital role in medication access for millions of patients globally. Due to the increasing pressure on healthcare systems (aging population, prevalence of chronic disease, etc.), the importance of CDMOs is only going to grow.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest von Tag 1 an mit an komplexen M&A Transaktionen.
Gemeinsam mit dem Team gestaltest du den M&A funnel bzw. deal flow.
Du aktualisierst und baust verschiedene Finanz- und Bewertungsmodelle.
Du unterstützt das Team während der Commercial und Financial Due Diligences.
Außerdem erarbeitest du Markt- und Unternehmensanalysen.

Dein Profil

Du bist im laufenden wirtschaftlichen Studium, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Finanzen bzw. M&A und hast ein Interesse an der Pharmabranche.
Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich M&A oder Corporate Finance sammeln durch Praktika im Investment Banking oder in der Unternehmensberatung.
Du verfügst über sehr gut analytische und Excel Kenntnisse und arbeitest gerne im Team.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Vorteil.
