Your mission

Communication Strategy
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external target audiences.
  • Align all marketing and communication activities with the company’s goals, brand positioning, and strategic priorities.
  • Support the annual marketing and communications planning process, including objectives, key initiatives, and timelines.
 
Campaign Management
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns are targeted, consistent, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
 
Event Marketing
  • Coordinate the company’s participation in trade fairs, conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.
  • Manage event planning and execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support the development of event-related communication materials, booth messaging, and follow-up activities.
 
Content Creation and Editorial Management
  • Create engaging content for a range of communication channels, including newsletters, websites, social media, presentations, press materials, and internal communications.
  • Oversee editorial planning and ensure timely delivery of communication assets.
  • Adapt messaging for different stakeholder groups while maintaining a consistent tone of voice and brand identity.
Brand Management
  • Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all communication touchpoints.
  • Safeguard brand guidelines, corporate identity, and messaging standards.
  • Support the company’s reputation and market positioning through clear and impactful communication.
 
Digital Marketing and Social Media
  • Manage and further develop digital communication activities, including website content, social media, and email marketing.
  • Support online campaigns and digital performance initiatives to improve engagement, visibility, and reach, with the target of boosting lead generation for new business
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts on SEO and digital optimization where relevant.
 
Agency and Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with external agencies, freelancers, and service providers to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align messaging, timing, and execution.
  • Act as a trusted communication partner for internal teams.
 
Market Intelligence and Reporting
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities using relevant KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.

Your profile

Skills & Competencies

  • You have proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • You have strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • You are able to work independently while also collaborating effectively across different functions.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable measures.
  • You have experience working with agencies and external partners.
  • You are creative, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a high attention to detail and a strong sense of quality and brand consistency.

Experience

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience in an international B2B environment, which is highly preferred.
  • You have experience in the pharma industry, which is considered a strong advantage.
  • You have a proven track record in campaign management, communication strategy, content development, and event marketing.

Education

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a Master’s degree, which is considered an advantage.

Required Tools / Systems

  • You have a strong command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Languages

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You have German language skills, which are considered a strong plus.
