  • You maintain access-related documentation, standard operating procedures and support the standardization of joiner, mover and leaver processes across sites
  • You support daily Microsoft 365 administration and operational IT requests
  • You assist with endpoint management activities via Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, BitLocker, OneDrive, Teams and standard workplace issues
  • You support deployment tracking for security tools and corporate applications
  • You act as L1/L2 support for corporate IT tickets and selected global escalations
  • You perform first-level reviews of cybersecurity alerts and operational noise in tools such as WithSecure, Microsoft Defender and related platforms
  • You escalate relevant findings to the senior global system administrator and external cybersecurity providers where required
  • You track remediation actions and follow up with local IT teams when needed
  • You monitor and maintain the corporate IT ticket queue, improve ticket quality, categorization and routing, and support local IT teams with correct ticket handling and escalation discipline
  • You maintain the global ITSM tool from an operational perspective and identify recurring ticket patterns, standard fixes or automation opportunities
  • You draft and maintain IT procedures, technical documentation, checklists and network/service overviews.
  • You support documentation required for regulated pharmaceutical environments, including change-control evidence where applicable
  • You help maintain global IT standards and operational instructions and support audit readiness by keeping operational documentation up to date
  • You support the senior global system administrator in selected infrastructure and cloud topics
  • You assist with Microsoft Azure operational tasks under supervision
  • You support basic hybrid infrastructure activities, including Windows Server, Active Directory and network-related documentation
  • You participate in infrastructure projects as operational support, while not acting as the primary architect
