Your mission
You want to gain hands-on HR experience and actively contribute in a dynamic environment? Then you’ve come to the right place! As a working student, you will support our People & Culture team in day-to-day operations and gain comprehensive insights into all areas of people and culture management.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the recruitment process (e.g. drafting job ads, screening applications, coordinating interviews)
- Assisting with the creation of HR documents along the employee life cycle (e.g. reference letters, confirmations)
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Contributing to the onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues
- Supporting the optimization and further development of our HR processes
- Maintaining our digital personnel files
- Working closely “hand in hand” with our People & Culture team
