As an M&A Associate at Adragos Pharma, you will be integral to our growth strategy, working closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute on merger and acquisition opportunities. Your role will involve detailed financial analysis, market research, strategic assessment, and negotiation support. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a transforming organization at the heart of the pharma industry.

Your mission

Support the M&A processes in Europe, Asia and North America, from sourcing to closing.
Conduct thorough financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential M&A targets.
Perform comprehensive market, industry, and competitive research to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of detailed investment memos and presentations for senior management and board meetings.
Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.
Support commercial and financial due diligence processes, including coordination with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and closing activities.
Track and analyze post-acquisition performance and integration success.

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, M&A, or Accounting with excellent results.
1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or strategy consulting with a focus on M&A or Corporate Finance, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong financial modelling skills & an entrepreneurial mindset
Very good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in German and English, French is a plus

We are a globally operating Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) headquartered in Germany. Our sites in Germany, France, Greece and Japan focus on the development and manufacturing of drug products (FDF) in the small molecule segment. Our manufacturing sites cover relevant technologies in sterile liquids, non-sterile liquids, and semi-solids, providing end-to-end services for our large base of (bio)pharma customers. Our development site in Greece is a one-stop shop for our partners offering a range of services to take products from inception to MA grant and supply.

Adragos Pharma was founded in 2020 pursuing an ambitious Buy&Build growth strategy, partnering with Scandinavian PE, FSN Capital, and a leading German Family Office, Prange Group. We grew the team from three to more than 700 people and will acquire and integrate even more pharmaceutical production sites in Europe and North America to become a market leader in the CDMO segment.

CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), produce approx. 25% of drugs that are available in pharmacies and clinics, thus playing a vital role in medication access for millions of patients globally. Due to the increasing pressure on healthcare systems (aging population, prevalence of chronic disease, etc.), the importance of CDMOs is only going to grow.

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unsere M&A Prozesse in Europa, Asien und Nordamerika - vom Sourcing bis Closing.
Du gestaltest aktiv unsere Firmenentwicklung mit und baust unseren Erfolg weiter mit uns aus.
Du erstellst verschiedene Finanzmodellierungen, sowie Modellbewertungen.
Gemeinsam mit dem Team, führt ihr durch die Commercial & Financial DDs.

Dein Profil

Du hast dein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, M&A, Accounting oder vergleichbar mit exzellenten Ergebnissen abgeschlossen.
Du konntest bereits mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Investmentbanking oder in der Strategieberatung mit Fokus auf M&A / Corporate Finance sammeln.
Du verfügst über exzellente Kenntnisse im Financial Modelling und hast Interesse dich in die Pharmabranche einzuarbeiten.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen (z.B. Französisch) sind von Vorteil.
Dein Profil wird durch ein unternehmerisches & konzeptionelles Denken, sowie sehr gute analytisch und kommunikative Fähigkeiten abgerundet.
